Anime Expo Event - I believe they will be interviewing various voice over artists and taking questions from fans across the country.

This post on their blog states that they already confirmed Kyle Hebert, who did the voice of Ryu, among lots of other work such as Dragon Ball Z and Full Metal Alchemist.
