Clearly you’re upsetting both customers, non-customers, and even potential customers.
Just send a friendly reminder in the mail and let people buy if THEY want to.
I HAD to pay for the first year of your service because it was already in the car. I’d considered renewing despite rarely listening to it because of the number of interruptions about there being no commercials, but you clearly put profits before customers and thats a lose in my book.
