So the other night after work, Robert and I had the brilliant idea of asking the chef’s of a mexican restaurant for a really hot sauce.

They pulled out this 357 sauce from behind the counter and said…”just a little”

Needless to say we only put a few drops of the stuff in it.  Unbelievable.

357,000 scoville units.  For reference..bell peppers are about 80 scovilles.  Tabasco? 2,000

After about 30 minutes I’m still in pretty bad shape, and they point to another sauce on the wall saying, “thats hotter”.  I took a closer look.  Wasn’t even called a sauce, but a “pepper extract”.  1,000,000 Scovilles.
